Jeffrey’s love and understanding of our connections with the natural world are exemplified in the exciting adventures he shares with others. He has been an environmental educator for the Peace Corp in Paraguay and has coached multiple paddling disciplines for nearly a decade on the east and west coasts of North America. Jeffrey is a trilingual (English, Spanish, and Guarani) surfer, kayaker, and climber with a passion for teaching. His intelligent outlook on instruction and ability to draw people in is immediately apparent. Having grown up by the sea, Jeffrey keeps a cool head in the surf and seems to move effortlessly on the wave. You can usually find him doing his thing as Store Manager for Alder Creek Kayak and Canoe in Portland, OR or enjoying time with his loving family.
